This 100% organic cotton yarn is hand dyed with home grown indigo leaves and marigold flowers to create varying shades of minty green. It is constructed by plying 2 strands singles yarn which in this case was first dyed pale yellow with marigold flowers, and then irregularly painted in sections with indigo dye to create swaths of color that come and go. It has a luxurious, soft hand and is perfect for all knitting and crochet projects requiring a light weight cotton yarn.
